I don't think usage technically changed because the membership was no longer
90% male technologist, but because the membership itself become stronger and
more mature over time and along with the introduction of more diversity.

Correlation, sure. Causation, not entirely.

The #1 reason people come to Indy Hall in the first place is to spend time
working around smart, interesting, creative, friendly, likeminded
people. The more interesting places those people come from, the richer the
connections and more unique the experiences they can have together are.
