We're about to go through a growth spurt, and the commute from Wimbledon to Clerkenwell is costing 3 of us approx. 2 hrs per day each, so we're looking at moving closer to Waterloo Station. So, we've identified a really cool spot 5 mins from Waterloo station, that has a "converted church" feeling to it (ground floor, high ceilings, brick walls, light, shower, gym), more details over here: http://www.lentabusinesscentres.co.uk/southwark-office-space-london-southwark-se1.aspx The space we've found in that building can fit 10 to 12 people, where we'll be needing 5 or so desks, and where we're looking for around 5/6 people to join us on a share / per desk basis. We're happy to take the risk and sign agreements, so are looking for people / small teams who want a nice space and other people around, but not to have to fork out for it. Realistically, I think it'll work out to around £250 to £280 per desk, but will cover pretty much everything. We're just looking to cover our per desk costs, so not adding margin etc. Ideally we'd like to move Sept / Oct, but can be flexible for the right folks.
