Hi Ryan

Like Office Nomads, we went with ISONAS in our project.

Our decision was influenced by the following factors that you might want to
consider:

* we wanted electronic access control so that we didn't have to be
constantly making keys and exposing ourselves to the security risk when keys
were lost or not returned
* we wanted to market some of our space (day offices, cowork stations,
meeting rooms and seminar space) as "a la carte" services for very short
term users (even daily drop ins) and we needed an access system that didn't
require physically handing someone a key
* we wanted an IP based system so that we could power the access pads off of
one data network in our space, rather than running independent power and
control circuitry off the panel
* we wanted a web based back-end control capability so that we could
authorize/deauthorize users remotely. this was important to us for
situations such as (but not limited to)
   - remotely enabling access for an after hours user
   - creating a special access code for after hours group events
   - disabling access rights for a user in bad standing
* we wanted a system that could (albeit somewhat crudely) give us some
visibility into user access patterns (when they entered the building). we
ended up wanting more detail... such as when customers came AND left... but
that is something for the future.

Depending on the nature of your customer base (stable vs dynamic), the size
of your facility, the types of services you are selling, the physical
security needs you have (Mayberry vs Inner City) the benefit of an
electronic system may vary.

Best
Mark
