Absolutely none taken, and thank you for clarifying. It was not meant to diminish your immense fundraising efforts. The comment was short and curt (and misinformed, and for that I apologise), and the post was about the bank and our reaction to it. I've said countless times, even publicly while doing speaking engagements, that when we have to talk about competition, CSI is a pretty awesome competitor and does great things for this city and the social enterprise sector.
There certainly is opportunity for more spaces to open, and we have expansion plans in the works and will continue to help others open their spaces (locally or elsewhere). I just wish this corporate version of coworking wasn't opening up right next door. A little too close for comfort, you know? We have other very awesome neighbourhoods in this city that could use a great workspace. r. *____________________ rachel young *[email protected] (416) 801-0196 *Find us in person:* Camaraderie 102 Adelaide St E 2nd Floor Toronto, ON M5C 1K9 *Find us online:* Website/blog <http://camaraderie.ca> and Newsletter<http://bit.ly/camaraderienewsletter> Twitter <http://twitter.com/camaraderie>, Sprouter<http://sprouter.com/ruyoung>, and LinkedIn <http://bit.ly/CamaraderieGroup> Eli Malinsky <[email protected]> Jul 25 08:19AM -0700 ^<#12a0dd26c60bfbd6_digest_top> > > > Hey all > > And Rachel - no offense taken, but i did want to clear the air... and > we will continue to refer folks who don't fit our model to > Camaraderie, as the connections among spaces are vital and part of a > really exciting evolution in this 'sector'... > > -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Coworking" group.
