We are starting with 12,000 sf with the ability to expand to several times this size. Amenities will include phone, fax internet, open or closed office, mailbox, conference and training rooms, teleconferencing, possibly banquet Hall. Kitchen and coffee shop with store front. We will be looking for classes to offer start up companies and professional training and seminars for established businesses. Coffee shop will have access for office users and storefront.
I did find ourspace online and think we all have a similar vision. I would love your input. We should consider a partnership for our customers that travel between Indy and Ft Wayne.
