Good luck "boiling the ocean", Marc. Seriously, do a cost analysis and make sure the numbers are there. Too many people I know start something (e.g. coworking) because they think it's fun, but the numbers do not make sense. Also, general questions like this are probably less likely to generate a response than more specific ones. It's hard for someone to give advice unless they know more about your particular situation. e.g. --How many square feet? --What tiers of service you planning on offering? --What part of the neighborhood is your space in? --What type of people / customers you trying to get? --Why would someone come to your space, as opposed to one of the other ones in LA? --Why would someone come to your space, as opposed to staying home?
