I agree with Alex... Town Hall style... post in Facebook and Twitter... set parameters so that people's time is not wasted and invite a special guest to take a tour like the mayor, congress rep, etc. Here's an example of a Member's meeting on Facebook and we just announced that Senator Christine Kehoe has been confirmed to tour our campus: http://www.facebook.com/EcoHub#!/event.php?eid=161212727250339
