pariSoma currently has a "community" membership of 1 day/wk at $100/ month (6 month commitment) and a full time open desk at $250 (month to month). The full time is SUPER popular, and works out pretty well, despite having almost twice the number of members as desks.
At our new space, we'll be adding dedicated desks at $500/month as well as a handful of private offices. We'll let you know how it goes in a couple of months!
