Some good ideas here! I also agree that sharing ideas is extremely important when creating any sort of plan. However, distraction is not the only thing people are worried about when sharing, many also worry about people stealing their ideas. I would say this is the biggest reason why people do not want to share their ideas. That was my biggest worry at first, but i have since learned to embrace collaboration, because it truly is the best way to be creative and make a great idea greater.
