Hi All!

I guess I'm what they call a Catalyst. I am wanting to open a CoWork
space in Manhattan, Kansas. Manhattan is home to K-State University
and the future home of the National Bio- and Agro-Defense Facility
(NBAF). Currently there is no CoWork space in the area and office
space is limited and expensive, blah.

What I'm trying to do is create a space that entrepreneurs, nomads and
creators can hang out, collaborate and grow.

A little about me. I'm a classically trained Economic Developer
(University of Oklahoma EDI grad), who has a passion for fostering
start ups and connecting people to capital (human, mind, and
monetary).

If you have any advice or encouragement let me know!

Jeffrey
