Very nice suggestions here. I fully agree with Alex; we were thinking
of setting up some "wild coworking" sessions in parks during summer
(biggest problem would be the reflects on mac glass screens :p ) .
Good to hear from you all that July and August are not "dead months"
and that we can input some revenue streams in our projections. I still
think that the seasonality in France might be higher (cause you know,
french people... :) ).

I would like to ask for a little more details for our BP. if you run
with an average occupancy rate of 75% during the year (does it seems
ok to you ?), do you think an assumption of a 45% occupancy rate
during summer is a realistic assumption ?

By the way, it might be interesting to propose some kind of "summer
camps" in various cities for our coworker : for instance our coworkers
can fly to the US and pay a visit to Alex, Angel, Jacob and so on, and
if your coworkers wanna visit Paris ;) ... I know the coworking visa
currently makes the job, but I was thinking of a new concept putting
the emphasis on the integration of the foreigners during summer (like
specials barcamps or seminar or parties :) )

Thks a lot folks !
