Hey friends, My partner and I are perusing San Francisco for retail/office/warehouse space for our coworking space called the Happiness Institute.
We're targeting a sq foot range of 2000-5000, price up to $10k, ideal specs are more like 35k sqft and ~$6000 rent. Ideally we're in the mission, we're checking out 1 mile radius from Dolores Park We'd like the space to feel safe. Outdoor space would be super awesome. We're comfortable with doing build-out on the property if need be, so warehouse spaces, provided the location feels good, are options. I would so much appreciate if you had any suggestions of spaces, ways to approach finding the a fitting space, or if you could refer me to anyone else who might be interesting in helping us find a perfect space to cultivate some happiness in!
