The Creative Incubator is a proposed coworking space in downtown Fort Lauderdale. It will be generally open from 10am – 6pm weekdays for daily members and 24/7 for residents.
I am trying to gauge the interest of prospective members and wanted to reach out to see if their are any people out there that would be open to paying between $100. and $400. for open seating and resident space respectively in a fun, creative, collaborative space prior to signing the lease. Our prospective residents would range from: software engineers, web developers, social media consultants/strategists, graphic designers, product designers, public relations specialists, media planners, copywriters, entrepreneurs, video editors, app developers, marketing strategists and sustainable web hosting entrepreneurs. We will also host various events including free lunch and learn workshops for members and are happy to consider making our facilities available for event hosting for members as well upon request. Scheduled opening date June 1st 2011 but you can drop by the space during a pre-opening event on Saturday April 30th 2011 with a live musical performance, dj., and live art and graffitti.
