Nice tips, Jasper. I'll add two more:

10) Host free events in your space like talks, workshops and so on. Make them
in partnership with your customers. We organized a workshop last monday that
was presented by two members. About 40 people participated in the event, most
of them non-members of the space.

11) Participate in events in your location: as a geek, I participate in lots of
events like WordPress Meetups, SEO, design and programming talks etc. Take some
business cards and exchange as much as you can.

12) Support and/or sponsor events in your location: Some "geeks" from Silicon
Valley came to Rio de Janeiro (Geeks on a plane) and I supported the event
organization. There were about 100 people there, most of them startup founders
that had never heard about coworking. It was amazing for us to spread this
concept.
