It's super hard to say since we're not in that area. The other shared office space (sort of a coworking hybrid) is located just 2.5 blocks from us and we're both on a wait list so it can clearly work in some markets however our physical spaces are very different and attract very different types of coworkers so we really don't compete at all. Sorry I don't have any magical advice!
