Space is costly, and generally, I feel that if a heavy-storage person moves 
into a shared/coworking space, that person will have to rethink what he/she 
really needs.  Perhaps put all his/her product catalogs/samples in a shared 
library?  Perhaps work more digitally?  This one is easy to solve w/ an onsite 
high-speed scanner.  I've had lawyers in here who use this strategy.
