I should say - we use Zoho.com for our invoicing - but one of the BIGGEST shortcomings is a good way to view membership. It's more oriented towards customers, which is a real challenge for us.
This is what Cobot got right - a member orientation towards reporting. I love that. Unfortunately we rely too heavily on automation on the invoicing side of things - Alex has continued to work with us and be supportive.
