At last we can talk about our newest project! The collective of coworking spaces here in Toronto, Coworking Toronto, launched the Coworking Toronto Passport Program<http://bit.ly/CTOPassport2012> today. It is an exciting discovery tool for those interested in or new to coworking to explore some spaces in Toronto and see just how different each space can be, and maybe even like a space (or two) enough to want a membership. The Passport is $75 and allows for the visitor to drop-in once to 7 spaces at any time over the next 9mos.
We're tracking sales by location as well as redemption by location, and I'm looking forward to diving in to dissect these metrics to share with you later. We're not doing this for individual profit, but rather all revenue goes to the marketing budget for our collective so that we can get a booth at relevant tradeshows, sponsor great local events, print materials for said events, and other initiatives to help raise the profile of coworking across the city. The collective in general is a great way to illustrate some of the principles of coworking, and this project is the first of many to come.
