I would think as long as you have private offices for lawyers there should be no other restrictions. Real estate agents are a great target if they work for non-franchise and/or 100% brokers. They can work in a shared environment but may need access to a place to make phone calls. If you can find a way to provide continuing education courses through a provider it would add value for agents. Wow! I just had another one of my brilliant ideas. Thanks Tyler! ;-)
