There are specific ethical rules applicable to attorneys who share office space; in every jurisdiction these will be different because they are set down and interpreted by each Bar Association. If you are interested int his market it would be worth looking into what the rules are beforehand.
I seem to be attractive to shrinks, which worries me a little. :-) But they have in this jurisdiction the obligation to have a locked storage for patient files (for example), so we bought one. The other two I don't know about. I dunno why real estate agents are not maassively represented in Coworking, but in my experience they are not.
