Don't you feel that you have always been constrained on the way you can work and make a living. As we can all see the co-working practice is further accelerating, particularly among the knowledge-based workers and creative communities, we should be approaching a critical mass that will disrupt the way we work with established organizations across the globe very soon.
I imagine that we can all be collaborative and responsible professional in our fields striving to make a difference to the best of our abilities. We will engage with multiple organizations and entities concurrently which will best utilize our talents and expertise. We shall work with professionals in our fields and cross-discipline professionals in collaborative manner for heightened synergistic outcomes that might further advance humanity! We can be our own master who decide the best way to contribute our time and the best path to advance our skills. We can choose our comrades in work and the facility to work matching the purpose. We will enjoy true freedom from the bondage and be able to truly serve for greater good! The time is approaching and it all counts on the gather of like-minded professionals who are ready to open to this next stage of disruption to the current established work engagement routine, namely, you are locked in some form of contract for one and only organization and be directed by the organization culture and policy to do your work!
