Hello to all fellow coworking space managers! I am seeking input as to how to market the use of our under utilized common area space to generate revenue for our enterprise.
We have 2 conference rooms: 1-(4-6people) another serves (8-10people), a living room cafe space large enough to entertain, 40-45 people. Currently, these spaces are underutilized in the early AM - betw. 7:00-10:00AM, Eve's M-Fri, betw. 6:00-10:00PM and weekends. I need to generate more income as our rent has gone up, and would like to sell memberships to individual consultants or NPO organizations, or other small groups who might need meeting room space, from time ot time., or even on a regular basis, other than during working hours. And input you all can offer as to how, where to get the word out that we are offering this service? And lastly, directories where we ought to be registered? Many thanks to all.
