Hello all and thanks for the many vibrant threads to learn from! I am the IT nerd for our space and am looking to find the most reasonable to deploy solution for managing printing services. We do not current charge for access to the printers (one B&W Multifunction laser and one Color laser), but we do at least want to get an idea of who is using how much. And we'd want to make it reasonably easy for people to actually use the printers... (driverless printing perhaps?)
The printers are already network connected (wired) - Okidata MB491lp - Okidata C330dn There are great solutions for hospitality out there, but you could easily spend $1-2,000 to get started and then a monthly fee. If Cobot had cloud printing support we would be all over it. I looked at Google Cloud Printing and it's not off the table, but it's not really a clean solution. Thanks in advance!
