Hi Elizabeth, I'm a cartoonist and would be interested in following your progress on this project. If the rates are reasonable I'd love to be able to be part of a co-working space. I wonder if there are any gov't grants to help defray costs since real estate up here (I'm in Mount Kisco) is so incredibly expensive. Pete
