Hi Elizabeth - I'm in the conceptual stages of a similar space in Tampa. Please keep us posted on your progress and feel free to reach out. I'm setting up an informational booth at the Etsy Craft Party to try to gauge interest in the area and "build my community first" as Alex would preach. Looking forward to seeing what everyone has to say.
