Agree with Mohammed's suggestions. Go out into the community, where like-minded people are already gathering and pitch them the idea of Coworking, as it may still be a very new idea to a lot of people. And since you already have a space, I'd recommend utilizing it and inviting these folks over to hold hackathons or workshops, make them see the value of working in the same space together while at the same time experiencing your coworking space for themselves.
