Hi Chris,
     We have an RFID access system, so "Bucket of Hours" members scan in at 
an office door and scan out when they leave. This way, we can offer 24 hour 
hourly usage, even during non-staffed time. It ties into our management 
software, DeskWorks. We decided not to read who's connected to the 
broadband service for 2 reasons: 1) we thought people might object to being 
monitored -- although I think that's getting to be less of a concern and 2) 
we have a lot of meetings and appointments here where people (believe it or 
not) aren't online. Therapists, tutors, etc. use The Satellite, too.
