We have a tiny referral reward - 10% of the referred members' plan - but we 
do also allow them to pass the reward on to the member themselves, which is 
what happens most of the time. In a roundabout way it allows us to offer a 
small discount to friends of members while still officially saying we don't 
do discounts.
