Hey Mychael, We went to a local business solutions provider and they hooked us up with a monthly lease on a multifunction print/scanner/copier/fax that was used and reconditioned.
It works pretty well. The monthly lease is around $200 and then we get billed for pages printed. They supply the toner. We just have to supply paper.
