Hi all, We've been open about 9 months and now that we're getting close to full, we see more and more of a need for a formal symposium process for our coworkers to give us feedback and brainstorm ways to be a better space!
Any guidance or advice on the best way to go about this? What we DON'T want is a complaining session that ends with a lot of negativity.
