We have a monthly member lunch where we order a bunch of pizza and catch up on what everyone's up to. A part of that is always giving updates on the space, talking about issues that come up and ideas for improvement. It's always been a super positive experience for us, even when people do have legitimate issues they've been unhappy with. Something about free pizza probably helps :)
