We do a monthly Show & Tell, a semi-montly Lunch & Learn, and a few other
related formats. In all cases, we've had WAY better response and success
when the message comes from a fellow member than from an outside "vendor"
of sorts.

It also keeps you from getting into the "manager" mindset
