That's pretty accurate for us.  So far, anyone we've lost have dropped out 
either for personal reasons or because it just wasn't a good fit. 
 Strangely, we had one person who signed up for a permanent desk, set up 
his computer and never came in for three months.  He then cancelled and 
told me what I'm positive was a made up story about him going through a 
divorce, I have no idea why he didn't just want to say that he didn't need 
it.
