We've had 5-20 minute outages several times on our area over the last few months (pittsburgh). I'm pretty sure it's not our internal network as I live 5 blocks away and my home internet has been spotty as well.
I'm wondering what people do for "backup" internet. We only have one ISP piped into our building, so I was thinking of a LTE router.
