Our main connection is a 100mbps rooftop wifi link and we back it up with a 20mbps cable service (that also hosts our phones). I'm not sure the layout of where you are but rooftop service providers are popping up all over the country as they are pretty easy to implement. Heck you could do it yourself if you get up there and see a building of someone you know that has better connectivity.
