Hi all. I am sure there are past threads on this but I don't know how to find them! Looking for any templates to start with as well as any lessons learned! I've been told I need a hold harmless agreement in there somewhere and would love to have a starting point for a lawyer to review rather than paying them to draft something. Thanks!
