I'm in Pittsburgh and we've got synchronous 150 for $200 a month and can bump up to 300 for about $280 a month, using fios. It is only a single IP, but does what we need. Normally the higher cost is for better SLAs but we felt the basic business SLA with Verizon was good enough.
