> Hi Trevor. Great write up.

I've been doing this 'coworking thing' for a year now, in my community,
hosting cowork mornings, writing articles, doing social media and such.
About two months ago, the first cowork space opened in our county (which
unlike Austin, tends to lump its major cities together) and then a few
weeks ago, another opened. The second cowork space, I had a run in with
the owner who said I was doing too much and I should 'focus' on awesome
events only and that I should be doing this and that and that. Well his
community building action? Announce their co-work (cringe) on Facebook,
then answer a myriad of questions, then finally post details, then not have
coworking on their website, and then post pictures that look suspiciously
like stock photos.

So from what I can tell, I'm head of the game and I don't even have a space
yet.

So as I write my business plan, I firmly believe my unfair advantage,
differentiating factor, and value add between me and other cowork spaces,
if not professional office suites IS the community - and me - the community
Tummler (I'm trying to adopt that title, but the bankers don't get it yet)

Cheers from Round Rock TX
