Hey Tony and Jerome, Yes, the deals have been made with my investors and everyone knows who is getting what. Now, I am just looking for a contract template similar to a term sheet that is specific to coworking so my lawyer can have a head start, and I can save on some legal fees. So far my searches on the Internet haven't turned up much.
