We may or may not be in the real estate business, but is a hotel?
Regardless, members have to understand that we turned away inquiries for their 
occupied desks. We at least need some time to re-occupy. 

A compromise to an exiting member would be to say, "up to 30 days or if we fill 
that seat quicker"
