Hi Marc, We started La Serre <http://la-serre.io> in Western, French-speaking Switzerland last January. We target people willing to improve, or at last curious about, their life hygiene. We focused on space design (lots of plants e.g.), and healthy food. The community behind is a school training therapeuts. We thus aim to build an ecosystem for future alumni, making sure this shared platform of space and services, and the community of people using it, not school-related, help them become better professionals, faster.
We took the opposite route: only flex desks, no dedicated offices. Partly because we needed the high modularity of the space, partly because we want to be a brick in a study re: (work) nomadness and health.
