Hey Tatjana, and coworking colleagues! I have recently installed eZeep and integrated two printers on this facililty. The big important advantage is that users no longer have to install (and update) drivers on their workkstations... Plus eZeep offers a good reporting function, allowing me as the space manager to download csv files that allow for the appropriate management info and drilldowns. I have experienced the eZeep team as quite dedicated and very supportive, helping me to get issues and problems solved. Main reason I have chosen for eZeep over papercut is that one of my printers (a bit outdated but still brilliant) heavy Ricoh machine was no longer accessible for Mac computers.
