No, they don't need your permission -- which is exactly why you were able to create an extension underneath the Gtk2:: namespace. :) I don't know if there's anything you can do about that (like getting Gtk2::Ex::MindMapView::* registered?) but if somebody is trying to place stuff in that namespace, they're probably making stuff that works with your module anyways... With such a specific namespace, I'd think that somebody working on an extension to your module would contact you first, but there's no garuntee. - Tyler
