Hello,
After discussing names on the Gtk2-perl mailing list I've registered a
namespace with CPAN, Gtk2::Ex::MindMapView. This is a module that draws
a mindmap, or outline, on a Gnome2::Canvas. Actually, it consists of 13
modules and the number of modules is anticipated to grow. I anticipate
that all modules will be under the currently registered namespace. For
example, one of the modules will have the name:
Gtk2::Ex::MindMapView::Layout::Balanced, another will have the name
Gtk2::Ex::MindMapView::Item, and the main module is Gtk2::Ex::MindMapView.
I am preparing to upload the first version of this module, but before
doing that I would like to know what the "best practice" is for
registering modules with CPAN. Should I register all modules in a given
namespace with CPAN?
