Well, known as in "every-cpan-author-who-uses-it-knows-that-it's-slow".
Personally, I find RT pretty good, except that it's slow and I wish it
would keep me logged in.
The trouble with complaining about it is that it's a free service.
So the obvious response to complaints is, "Sure, but will you write and
run a better one?"
