Which would be a bit silly really. If the only two options are "shut
up and suffer" and "do something better yourself" then it's going to
be pretty hard to harvest the kind of constructive criticism that /
everyone/ needs from time to time. Would you advocate also responding
to bug reports for free software with "hey buster - you didn't pay
for it so what are you whining about?" :)
