Can someone figure out why my avatar doesn't display on my author pages?

Does anyone know why my avatar doesn't display on pages w/my name on them?

If I go to the page with all the avatars in one big page, -- it shows it 
there, so
I'm pretty sure it's associated with my cpan authorID.

But it seems it is broken on the cpan site.

The html seems broken:

Is origsrc even an html tag?

Why is the original source being overwritten with a different image?
