It's a change to the CPAN Tester's grade definitions following a
lengthy thread on the perl-qa mailing list.


Yes - I followed that thread for a bit, but didn't really grasp the reality that *all* 'make' failures would now report 'UNKNOWN'. Nor did I expect to see it implemented so quickly.

Together with the daily report that Barbie has set up, that should make things far more harmonious.
