Hi David, CPAN-Testers-Common-Article-0.41 is on its way to CPAN now.

I already use the perl_version from TestSummary, but have added the same for LegacyReport just to be sure ;) I note that 5.8.0 actually had the RC after the subversion value. In the test file [1] look at the 4th @perls test. Will look at changing that for past reports when I have a little more time.
