I hope you don't as its something we are working to try and resolve. Unfortunately the issue is with the way Amazon's SimpleDB. Andreas has a script that will hopefully help to sort the issue out temporarily, but for the longer term we are looking to move to a very different system for the Metabase, which won't be so unreliable. Hopefully you'll stick with the project, as the reports will eventually filter through as we do some major catch-up exercises. If you have the GUIDs of the reports you submitted, please send them to me off-list and I can run a catch-up specifically for those reports.
